I am marking my sobriety anniversary with a musical interpretation of the journey. If there were vocals you might find me screaming through a section of this track.

Bliss is a state opposite of misery. Both were a choice I had but one would eventually end the journey of life a lot quicker. I chose the Bliss path and even though it was and is still mired in depression, anxiety, uncomfortable social situations, I am able to escape into music and deal with life in a safer and healthier way. The music still carries dissonance but offers solace in that dissonance. And for me, that is where I am comfortable.

Somewhere in between the notes, lingering out in the ethereal.
